A very nice automation app - would love to have a native integration with this!

I am trying to create an SMS opt in flow with Twilio + Pabbly Encharge connector.

I only have the subscriber phone number to update a subscriber record (tagged for sms_opt_in), but I cannot update a record without an email! (since Encharge uses the email field as the unique identifier for updating subscriber records)

Please add phone number as another identifier to update a subscriber record.

For anyone curious I am using a Pabbly connector with:

• Routes to webhook SMS replies of "Y" to opt in and "STOP" to opt out
• Based on route, the Encharge: Add or Update Person action step is used
• SMS reply
  • "Y" = a tag of sms_opt_in is assigned so the person can be added into the opted in Encharge SMS flow
  • "STOP" = a tag of sms_opt_out is assigned so the person can be removed from the Encharge SMS flow

Integration with Digital Manager Guru in order to manage sales and subscriptions, using adding/removing Encharge lists and tags.

This will be a great help.

It would be amazing to see the growth in the last 30 days next to the amount of active subscribers. I have attached an example of what I mean. Because the graph up is amazing, but when a person grows with 10 people vs 1000 people you don't really see the difference.

Yes, it has been asked before. And since 2020 this feature was forgotten. It's the only thing that makes me want to change platform again. Right now the solution is crude and primitive, with too many steps that floods my "People" tab with too many segments.

It could be as simple as a checkbox and the delay timer.
