As of early June 2025, the app design seems a bit outdated, I saw that encharge was recently acquired by new owners, do you guys plan on redesigning the app or on making some other feature significant revamps?

Under the 3 dots in a specific Workflow there is a Remove Person From Flow - Can we get a "Add Person to Flow" so we do not have to create a tag for an individual to add them to a particular flow?

I'd like to be able to delete a category no longer in use.

I'd like "Broadcast Emails" (as in, the category) as a selectable condition while building a segment.

I would like to be able to see a map in email metrics which would show me how many subscribers have opened in each country (on hover) for each broadcast email.

All other Meta products are available, and it would be nice to be able to include Threads in my email footer as my main social media platform.

Currently, it's only possible to assign tags in emails that are part of a flow. I would love the ability to assign tags when someone clicks a link in a broadcast email as well — without having to set up a separate flow. This would make it much easier to segment users based on their interests directly from newsletters.

Be able to reverse last action such as accidently selection and deleting it.

SureTriggers (aka Ottokit) is an automation platform that specializes in Wordpress and integrates with other tools such as SureCart, SureForms, and Sure Members. It would be great if we could get these all working with Encharge.

Right now if I need to add in a check for anything, I have to build everything out as separate branches, even if each branch just has a small change. I would like to have something that allows me to say "go to this step" if I just want to skip a step after a condition is met (screenshot shows how I do this for my clients in ActiveCampaign).

I'm currently with Activecampaign and they have a native integration with Webinaris and Deadlinefunnel. It would be cool if that came to Encharge.

It would be great if we could set font families (e.g. Raleway for Body and Playfair for headings), font sizes, and colors as defaults for each subaccount.

We used this extensively on Omnisend to create reports for clients, they loved seeing their ROI from email marketing (and gladly kept paying us to manage it for them)

Please allow us to pick and insert products from our WooCommerce integration directly into the emails.

Create a flow template to send a request for review (with the link to review form of the actual product the customer bought last) in exchange for a coupon.

Again, having a checkout opt-in with the bday fields would be ideal, so all of these data could come directly from the Encharge plugin, and hence allow creating birthday flows seemlesly.

Allow us to dynamically generate unique coupons for WooCommerce inside the emails instead of just adding a coupon anyone can use.

Ideally allowing a way to use unique coupons based on a template coupon existing in the Woo site, or creating coupons from the coupon block itself (this is more limiting, as we can customize coupons with extra features on WordPress via other plugins)

I know you've mentioned that this is possible to make it with third party plugins, but the service should have all the tools it needs (like Omnisend/Klaviyo/etc... does)
