This is the only reason I can't use the service fully now. To Ask Yvi's point, I have people who subscribe for courses, coaching, etc that may not want the newsletter or marketing updates. When they unsubscribe thru Encharge, they don't realize it's for ALL emails. That's problematic.

This is a must. We need to unsubscribe from segments or categories and allow the option to unsubscribe only from that one segment so the user can't have the option to unsubscribe from all if we don't include the unsubscribe from all link in my email. This will be very helpful.

I'd add to this having an editable user profile page, so the users can select whichever list(s) they want to be in

Also, what happens if they unsubscibed in the past, yet resubscribe to another campaign??

This is a major concern as we run many different freebie campaigns and just because they do not want to get updated on XYZ freebie, doesn't mean they should not get any course updates anymore
