Ability to customize some of the fields in the Template on run time.
When running a specific campaign, you may want to customize the Subject (for instance monthly event campaign) or introduce some other tracking information that is specific to that user or that campaign.
(Maybe I missed this in the interface?)

You can already customize the subject with data from the person (using merge tags).
Flow-level customizations are not possible yet.
Yes, I am more thinking on hidden fields or something on the footer to be able to generate filters on the inbox and route emails.
I think that should be doable already, anyway (probably just as simple text for the time being, which is not so much of a visual problem - can even force the color of the text to be same as background so it appears "invisible").
