I don't know Klavyio but I used Drip and their integration with Shopify is good too.

Today I use Shopify to capture Abandon Carts by an Abandon cart URL being present, New Customers and Newsletter subscribers. If you are looking for a Best in class integration to model yours after, I would suggest looking through Klaviyo's integration docs or APIs.
Having the ability to add Products and Prices to the abandon cart emails would be super as well. Anything to streamline the path to purchase.

I would like to use tags to mark items sold and then be able to market based on past purchases, I would also like to link it to a campaign sequence that was affiliated with either the item purchased or the collection etc.

Ecommerce runs the world.
Big news: after much feedback from you and careful consideration from us, we’ve decided that we are going to build native integrations with eCommerce platforms!
First, we are going to start with WooCommerce. Then, Shopify.
Potentially with ThriveCart after that.
The eCommerce integrations will be available only on the Premium plan BUT AppSumo buyers (regardless of the tier) would be able to unlock the integration for an affordable one-time fee (not a recurring subscription).
This small fee would help us cover a part of our development and production costs.
Due to the complexity of the integrations, we can't commit to an ETA or specific scope of the features at this point, but we'll make sure they will up to par with the Encharge standard 🙂

The only thing stopping me from switching from ActiveCampaign is AC's integration with Shopify. This was the first feature I searched for. I would also full stack if Shopify integration is at least planned for the near future. Having Encharge on the Shopify Marketplace would also help you grow! Thank you.
