That's what I am looking for & you can implement like how Mailchimp does, a custom sub-domain for each account youraccountname.list-manage.com on the Subscription Management Center. This will look more branded.
Looking forward to it. What Faisal suggested is a must. I hope you guys implement what he suggested :)
yes, plus then we need some sort of filter to check if a contact is unsubscibed frpm all lists/categories, so we can identify them and delete the contact.
A must to have option, I would like to sort of check boxes where customer can update his preferences for the newletter segments. These segments could be tags, custom field etc.... Once customer clickcs the link from his email, the page should show his already selected preferences.
So for me as I would see this (I think the easiest to implement and is the most flexible to the Encharge user). Is to have some more options than the current options to create custom fields. Things like dropdown boxes, etc.
On top of that, each field should have the option to be "visible" or "non-visible", meaning this would show or either doesn't show to the end-subscriber in the field where they want to update their info and subscriptions. This would also allow for an end-subscriber to change their name, their email address, etc. next to their subscription preference.
You as the Encharge list owner can then create segments based on the values people filled in, in the custom fields and send emails accordingly.
Let's give some examples:
In option one, if I select "weekly" I only get one email per week after of course that segment is created. In option two, if I select "no thank you" for the newsletter and "of course" for product updates. I would not receive a regular newsletter, but as soon as there are some product announcements I would get the emails for that.
Like I mentioned, if you do this via custom fields and then making the custom fields "visible" and "non-visible" it gives the greatest flexibility for all parties involved.
Curious how others feel about this.
Also having other options for custom fields like "checkbox" "radio", etc. will also enhance the current sync with MailChimp as MailChimp supports fields that are currently not available within Encharge, so when you have these field types in use sync can't really function.
In the attached image are the current field types that are available in MailChimp:
i send emails based on tags ( tags are like email categories for me) . It would be good that updating email categories also update the customer tag.
Really excited for this one! It'll definitely help with keeping subscribers engaged and excited about the content they receive
This is a cool feature focusing on user retention 🚀
To me this is a core feature of a modern email product
This is very much needed!
