Create block for Countdown timer to be inserted into email.

Need to be able to pull time timer data (when the expiration should occur) from variable/API/CRM.
Would be nice to eventually have a few looks to choose from.
If the count reaches (equal to 00:00:00) to display something else like “Time Is Up” or “Expired”, etc.
